Q:   What percentage of my booth must be handmade to qualify for the craft vendor fee?
A:   85%

Q:   What does rain or shine mean for an outdoor show?
A:   It means there is no rain-date. We make every effort to hold the event.  There are no refunds for washed out events.

Q:   What if I can't make a rain date?
A:   Rain dates are scheduled as a benefit to vendors in case of a rained out event.  There are no refunds if the rain date is washed out or if you can't attend the rain date.

Q:   For the 2-day indoor shows, can I leave my merchandise overnight?  Is it safe?
A:   Yes that is one of the benefits of a 2-day event.  The venues are well secured, however if you are uncomfortable leaving certain items then we recommend you take them with you.

Q:   How many tables can I fit in my 12' x 5' space?

A:   First it is important to know the size of your tables. Tables vary in length. Most common are 6' & 5'. The width or depth of a table is 30" which is 2 1/2'.

12' x 5' space when set up as a walk-in U shaped booth can accommodate (3) 5' or (2) 5' and (1) 6' with two of the 5' tables on each end and the remaining table across the back. This arrangement will leave you a 1' or 2' gap in the back which is a good place for you or your chair.

You can also opt to use (2) 5' tables straight across the front leaving you 2' to enter and exit your booth.  Remember your neighboring vendors are not obligated to leave you room to get in and out.

Q:   How many tables can I fit in my 10' x 6' booth?

A:   This configuration works well with (2) 6' tables at each end and a 5' across the back.

Q:   How many tables can I fit in a 10' x 10' booth?

A:   These larger booths offer many variations. I like (2) 6' tables and (2) 5' tables set up in opposing 'L' configurations. A 6' on one side butted up against a 5' across the back and on the other side a 5' across the front with a 6' behind it along the side.

Q:   What about my racks and shelves?

A:   Be creative. Leave a table home to make room for a rack.  Shelves are a great way to give your booth eye appeal while building up for added  space.

Q:   I ordered electric but there is no outlet in my booth?

A:   Always bring a 50' extension cord.

Q:   Do I need table covers?

A:   Yes.Table tops and empty boxes are unattractive.

Q:   The kids were great. Should I tip them?

A:   Yes. $5, $10, $20, you be the judge.
